Our Mission.

The Choice Neighborhood Plan for Peoria South aims to revitalize distressed neighborhoods and improve the quality of life for residents. The plan will include strategies for affordable housing, economic development, education and workforce training, transportation, and community engagement. The goal is to create a more vibrant and sustainable community that provides residents with access to opportunities and resources necessary for success. By addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in each of these areas, the plan aims to create a stronger and more resilient city for all residents.
